The entire team at Abby Road did a great job from start to finish! They cleaned and sealed the exterior of the chimney to repair the very active chimney leak at our home in the Cordova Germantown area, but exceptional service began at the first phone call and didn’t end. We recently moved to a new home with a fire place. We had Abbey Road come do an inspection of the chimney. They did a thorough inspection and gave us some options because our chimney was not viable. We opted for unvented gas logs and have been super happy with them! Timothy’s crew came on time, were professional, and left no mess behind. They came back to install a heat shield as well. The gas logs are so easy to click on and off with the remote, provide some warmth, and nice ambience to our den. They were great to have during the extremely cold, snowy days we’ve had this January. Abbey Road always does good work (thorough, shows pictures, gives helpful recommendations), but I want to call out their communications. I was called by my technician, then received a photo of him, and a background bio, so I knew who would be coming to the door. I really appreciate this level of customer service!!
